Mr. Parsons practices general business law, with an emphasis in commercial real estate. He has experience in all facets of real estate transactions, for entities and individuals, including acquisition, financing (including seller financing, third party real estate secured loans, and related enforcement of remedies, including non-judicial foreclosure), development, land use restrictions, easements, construction, leasing (from both the landlord and tenant perspectives), property management, and the purchase and sale of real property; CMBS loans from the borrower's perspective; and the formation of joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. His experience extends to transactions involving a wide variety of properties, both developed and undeveloped, including small and large retail centers like the Preston Village Shopping Center in Plano and the Cityview Shopping Center in Fort Worth. He also has experience with residential lot development and sales, multi-family properties, office buildings and complexes, office/warehouse projects, condominiums (commercial and residential), hotels, and multi-use developments such as Valley Ranch and Lakes of Coppell.
During law school, Mr. Parsons was an Associate Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
